The system efficiently removes stones, dust, husk, and other impurities, ensuring cleaner raw material before processing.
The company has also introduced improved designs in Supari Drying Technology, which have been adopted by several leading Indian manufacturers and have received highly positive industry feedback.

Without interrupting production, the system automatically identifies incorrectly filled pouches and removes them from the production line, ensuring compliance with weight standards and reducing quality issues.
Thermocare manufactures Cutters and Dryers with capacities ranging from 10 kg to 10 tons per batch.

Advanced Dust Collection and Fire Safety
As part of its continuous technological development, Thermocare has also introduced an upgraded High-Efficiency Dust Collector.
The system recovers valuable kattha (catechu) dust that would otherwise be lost during processing, allowing manufacturers to reuse the recovered material and reduce wastage.
To enhance workplace safety, the dust collector is equipped with a Temperature Sensor and an advanced Fire-Retardant System.
In the event of a fire, the system automatically shuts down the machine and cuts off the air supply, helping extinguish the fire before it spreads.
